It is currently equipped with a 2 speed pulley that allows for a fast removal of materials, and a finish pass, but no gearbox for threads. It is an EMCO MAXIMAT COMPACT M3100 mark2, but without the banjo arm (quadrant set) holding the 4 interchangeable gears to set the screw-cutting pitch. He was a plumber and not a mechanic, so he did not have the complete set of accessories for his machine, which I am trying now to complete. I recenlty acquired a used but clean Austrian lathe from a retired gentleman. My apologies if this is not the right place for this post the main thread doesn't mention the EMCO brand but I saw a few EMCO posts here and they share a few specs with the Schaublin (usage of W20 collets).
